To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  2. Our Customer Service team will provide a Return Authorization Number and a return address.
  3. Return the item(s) to the designated return address along with the Return Authorization Number.
  4. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status via email.

Refund Methods

The refund will be credited to your account using the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.

Shipping Costs
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or damaged item).
